The hotel was located close to most of the tourist sites and offered clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were polite and helpful when asked for assistance. The restaurant served delicious food and the room service was equally good.

Our stay was marred by a few aspects that were less than satisfactory. The hotel did not provide a kettle and we had to ask for boiled water.

Reyk Hotel's location is perfect - in the middle of the Ancient City but quiet for rest. The staff is amazing, providing great food recommendations. The hotel itself is nice and cosy, offering great value for what you pay.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. It boasts a mix of modern and traditional design and has excellent facilities. The location is perfect as it is close to the center but is situated in a quieter area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, making our mornings hassle-free.

The noise coming from outside the hotel was distracting and kept me from getting a good night's sleep. the walls were also too thin, which made it easy to hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.
